White Paper Abstract:
This document explains that the firewall protection for call control and unified communications applications is an increasingly common security requirement for unified communications deployments. Firewall platforms are sometimes dictated as a mandatory requirement in corporate security policies and are becoming established as a best practice. Firewall platforms can provide security services that enhance security without impacting the performance and availability of the unified communications system.
