White Paper Abstract:
This paper illustrates that high network availability is a mission-critical requirement within large enterprise and service provider networks. Network managers face increasing challenges to providing higher availability, including unscheduled down time, lack of expertise, insufficient tools, complex technologies, business consolidation, and competing markets. Capacity and performance management helps network managers achieve new world business objectives and consistent network availability and performance.
