White Paper Abstract:
This paper shares Cisco success in achieving high availability on the San Jose campus, how its is measured, availability results, and the steps Cisco IT-LAN-SJ took to strive for 99.999 percent availability. The paper concludes with a discussion how the Cisco IT-LAN-SJ network aligns with those steps and the importance of planning to develop the most cost-effective approach to achieving igh availability.
