This paer describes that the Cisco® Connected Life User Experience (CLUE) Index provides a comparative summary of how global regions rank relative to each other in their adoption of selected end-user advanced services within three categories: At Home (residential services), At Work (business services), and On the Move (mobile services). The Cisco CLUE Index also provides ranking and analysis of various advanced services within each category. The baseline index value (100 index points) for this new Cisco research was established in March 2010 based on calendar year 2008 service adoption data. This report represents the first update to the baseline findings and describes the regional-level and service-level changes based on calendar year 2009 service adoption data.
