White Paper Abstract:
This document provides instructions on troubleshooting subscriber addition and import problems in Cisco Unity versions 2.4.x, 3.x, and 4.x using Microsoft Exchange and Domino (in Cisco Unity 4.x only). In addition, an overview that details the mechanics of the subscriber addition and import process, and a list of common problems and solutions are presented that pertain to: (a) Adding new subscribers through the Cisco Unity System Administrator (SA). (b) Importing existing Exchange users into Cisco Unity through the Cisco Unity SA. (c) Importing existing Exchange users into Cisco Unity using the Cisco Unity Import tool. (d) Importing subscribers from a CSV file using the Cisco Unity Import tool.
