White Paper Abstract:
This power describes that data center power and cooling issues are at the top of the minds of many corporate execs and data center facilities managers. IT managers have reported that they have run out of power with only half of the space in the data center occupied. Others have reported that they cannot deploy new applications because power demands cannot be met. Some CFOs are realizing that the data center is consuming more power than a small town. In many companies, the CFO has realized that containing the costs of power and cooling is a strategic initiative that can reduce operating costs and positively impact bottom line growth.
