This white paper summarizes that Cisco Unified Wireless Network Software Release 4.2 supports a new Cisco WCS standalone access point migration tool and built-in monitoring of standalone access points. Now, organizations that are migrating their existing Cisco Aironet standalone access points to the Cisco Unified Wireless Network have simple, time-efficient, cost-effective tools to assist them with their access point migration.
